Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on your ticket, however, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class within 60 days as a one time courtesy, as long as you contact us 24 hours before the event via email at nativesolstudio@gmail.com

*If you do not contact us 24 hours before class via email, you are no longer eligible for a makeup class.

Groups of 3+ canceling 24-48 hrs before an event may result in a restocking fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather or unexpected circumstances.

Severe Weather: Classes canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled with the venue. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we offer a store credit for the full ticket value.
